Design Process
Immersive Collaboration
When we start a project we became an extension of our client's team sharing immersive collaborations tools such as Slack and Miro to shorten communication routes, enhance proximity and design together from day one.

Architectural User Experience
_
Every project starts with understanding people, context and purpose.
Concept & Storytelling
We follow a clear process, but we wouldn't call it a formula. Every concept develops organically through collaboration and the exchange of ideas with our clients.
Storytelling becomes the guiding thread throughout the project, drawing inspiration from user experience, contemporary culture, architecture, art and unexpected moments of discovery.

Brand Experience
Reduced to their essence after COVID, offices are becoming intentional expressions of brand identity, culture and values.
Companies are no longer trying to create environments that appeal to everyone. Instead, they are designing places that attract people who truly align with their culture — intellectually, emotionally and creatively.

Design Communication
Different visual tools support different stages of the design process. Early phases benefit from quick collages that encourage discussion, test ideas and accelerate decision-making, while detailed visualizations communicate atmosphere, materiality and design intent as the project develops. Together, they create a shared vision, align expectations and guide the project from concept to completion.

Planning &
Project Management
Every design decision is carefully refined before execution. Materials, furniture, specifications and budgets are aligned to ensure every element is ready for implementation.
#hybridsustainibility
In the context of real-life projects, where budgets and timelines shape every decision, does a rigid, 100% ideological approach to sustainability become counterproductive? Our hybrid sustainability approach to implementation suggests otherwise.

Circular Procurement
We explore alternative procurement methods before specifying new products. Existing inventory, refurbishment, office mining and local sourcing become valuable design resources, reducing environmental impact while responding to the project's needs.

Coordination
Design doesn't stop when construction begins.
Through our long-term relationships with contractors, we are often able to encourage them to go the extra mile, helping projects stay on schedule and within budget. We generally prefer direct contracting over general contracting, ensuring greater transparency throughout the implementation process and full visibility of project costs.
