A sunny children's hospice
Sonnenhof, a private child hospice facility establishing an ideal correlation between educational, hospitality and healthcare spaces. For disabled children and children who are not expected to reach adulthood with the emotional and physical challenges they face, it was founded by Björn Schulz Stiftung in Berlin. A delicate subject, made us think of a space that would improve the life of these children and their visitors in their passing days.
In a collaboration with the architecture office Plan Quadrat, Mark Bendow Interior Enviroments was responsible for the concept, colors, shapes and materials.
All furniture was designed with fresh colors and soft shapes, while the surroundings are warm and light and together they give way to freedom and well-being.
